1. Booking Policy

All tours must be booked in advance through our official website, phone, or email.

Full Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

2. Cancellation by Guests

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date will receive a 80% refund.

Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by Savour The Day Tours

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, winery closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

In the rare event of cancellation by us, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit for a future tour.

4. Late Arrivals

Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in shortened experiences, and no partial refunds will be issued for missed portions of the tour.

5. Minimum Age Requirement

Guests must be 19 years of age or older to participate in wine tastings.

Valid photo ID may be required by wineries or tasting venues.

6. Liability & Conduct

Savour The Day Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, drivers, and winery personnel. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund if behavior is deemed inappropriate.

7. Transportation & Safety

All transportation is provided by licensed and insured drivers.

Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted inside the vehicle.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Savour The Day Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
